I promise I'm not high

     I promise that I am not on drugs, even though it really seems like it is. I came up with a great idea for a story last night and it definitely sounds like I am crazy.
    So, I'm there getting ready to take a shower and I think as I get in,"Oh my goodness, what if there is a spider in here? I'll probably scream and have to get out. What if though, the spider could talk before I wash it down the drain?" That was the start of this crazy idea.
   During my shower I mulled ideas around in my head for a story. The best idea that came out of that is about a friendship between a girl and a spider that can talk. It will also switch between the spider and the girl's point of view.
   I am considering this for NaNoWriMo come November and I think that I could get a lot of mileage out of this idea. I am very excited now but looking back on my idea, I sound completely nuts.
   First thing is first though, I have to finish up the book that I started last November. I am into chapter 3 out of 25 of my chapters that I have written. They are not too much to be excited about honestly, but I am fixing them up and making them a lot better. I'm going to change around my plot a little... well a lot, so things actually make sense. The way I have my book written right at this moment, it is just a lot of hodge podge that fits the scenario but doesn't have a rhyme or reason to why it is there. That is why I must edit, edit, and do more editing.

It's Not You, It's Definitely Me

     I have pretty much given up on this Script Frenzy idea. Why? You must be asking, yes, you ARE asking!  Well I'll give you my answer in simple words. It's too difficult. 50,000 words were not too difficult, but 100 pages and no time to write it in the first place? Um... that's asking a little too much of me. I will make it up to you though. I promise to you all that I will! I will start editing my book again and get it edited completely by the end of the summer, I SWEAR to everyone. I already have a few chapters edited and I will continue editing and give you little tidbits as I do so.
    I honestly hope that you are not mad at me. I do this because I have to, but I am giving you a huge reward in return. After I am done editing this book I shall start on another novel and it will be even better than the first. I love you all and thank you for understanding.

April is Script Frenzy? Almost forgot about that one!

I admit it, I kinda forgot about you guys. It wasn't my fault though, I can apologize. I have been very involved in a lot of things since the new year and have barely had time to do almost anything. I am back though for the time being with Script Frenzy. The goal? To write 100 pages by the end of April. I have started swirling around ideas in my head, trying to get an idea to start this script as soon as possible since Script Frenzy started YESTERDAY!
So here are the ideas I have, some of them are my own combined with other ideas... some others were just generated off the website.

1. A travelling salesman who sells shoes is involved in a tragic accident and afterwards must search for the cure for a broken heart.

2. A lifeguard falls for a girl he saves and tries to eventually impress her by winning the surfing title, but here's the catch: he can't lose any limbs in the process.

3. On an adventure with Doctor Who, an 80-year old graffiti artist is mistaken for Elton John and goes with it.

4. 13 Little Blue Envelopes(it's a book that I have always wanted to make into a screen play)

5. A woman falls in love with a super villain, rejects social norm, and manages to almost kill the whole human race in the process.

Any ideas for any of these are welcome, but I will be picking something to write on by the end of the day. I know which was I am partial to, so we will see what happens.
