My novel thus far

   I feel terrible for not having posted in this blog since the beginning of November, but I have had literally no time to tell you all of the exciting things that there are to tell about my book. First off, I titled my book Woman and Spider Seek Men, which is a lot about what my plot has to do with. Not in the icky romantic sort of way but my main characters go on a soul searching journey together and maybe meet a few men along the way that steals one their hearts.
   My two main characters for the time being are the characters Melodee Deavila and Geoffrey the Spider. Melodee is a human girl who lives in present Chicago, Illinois. Geoffrey is actually a spider and not just a human named Geoffrey the Spider. I think that would be a little weird and a little too creepy. Geoffrey is Melodee's counselor character and he helps her make big life decisions which will help her throughout the book.
   The main problem I am facing right now is that one of my characters (the one I wanted Melodee to end up with) turned out to be really creepy and now she has decided to go on a soul searching adventure and she is leaving him. I let out an internal "aw" but I about cried because the whole plot of my book has been turned around.
   On Monday I will give a you a much longer blog post about who my characters are and their traits plus personalities. I will also give you all a physical description of each so you can better visualize the characters as I talk about them. You will not be left wondering who each of my characters are, I promise. So, for now, good bye my loves, my doves, my eggs. <3

Happy NaNoWriMo!

It is that time of year again. Today is the official start of National Novel Writing Month. That one month where all the crazy people get together and each write 50,000 words. Remember? Well, I hope you are all looking forward to a ton of blog posts about my new novel and posts about my progress. I have to get back to writing, but I will fill you all in tomorrow with my story and what it is about!
